The San Carlos Unified School District Business Department manages the business operations of the district. This includes budgeting, payroll, purchasing, accounting, insurance management, and student activity.

Annual Financial Report
Our Annual Financial Report (AFR) accounts for expenditures made and revenues received for the school year beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year. Our business department puts the report together, and our governing board approves it.

Current Expenditure Budget
The governing board has approved the proposed expenditure budget for fiscal year 2018-2019. You can find a summary of the SCUSD's proposed budget on the Arizona Department of Education’s website.
